1.Introduction

2.Advantage of AAC block/lightweight block
(1)light weight
Areated concrete density is usually 400-700kg/m3,(according the market in produce ),same as 1/3 of clay brick and 1/5 common concrete.So use the Light brick can reduce the weight of the build more,and also reduce the beam of roof and pillar press best.then you can see,it can save the material and cost,it also fighting shaking.
(2) keeping temperature
It has many are porous,the delivery hearting coefficient is 0.9-0.22W/(mk),the same as 1/4 or 1/5 of clay brick,so it is best materials now in the world.There are many kinds material,have lowest waste.

High pressure steam-curing autoclaving process gives AAC unmatchable strength to weight ratio, higher than even M150 concrete and far exceeds the Indian Building code requirements

Being lightweight AAC drastically reduces the dead weight of building, resulting into reduction in steel (up to 27%) and cement (up to 20%) structural cost saving.Being 8 times the size of a clay brick, AAC wall construction involves 1/3 the joints, thus an overall mortar saving up to 66%
(5)Fireproof
Most of the major raw materials is inorganic materials, so it has good fire resistance, and do not emit harmful gases when meet fire. Fire 650 degrees, as a refractory material, the thick up of 90mm walls can reach to 245 minutes fire resistance, 300mm thick up wall can reach to 520 minutes fire resistance.
(6)Sound insulation
Due to a unique porous structure, so it has a sound absorption capacity. The sound absorption capacity can reach of 10mm thick wall up to 41 db.
(7)Permeability
Result of material by the composition of many independent small pores, the moisture absorption is slow, in the volume of absorbent is 5 times of clay saturation do. When used in the bathroom, the wall can be treated to interface directly paste tiles.

Second, Dosing and Pouring Measure
Measuring system is used to weigh each raw material
Raw material metering system
Controlled by electrical cabinet or cement computer-controlled system , that can achieve fully automatic batching process.
Pouring Mixer
Pouring mixer is fixed on the top of mould whose function is to mix raw materials of slurry ,cement,lime,gypsum and aluminum powder before pouring them into mould.

Curing Room
After pouring ,use conveyor chain push mould into curing room under temperature 50-70 degrees.the curing time would be 1.5-2hours.(according to favorable geographical condition,the step can be skipped.)

In the aerated concrete block production ,the slurry mixed by pouring mixer poured into mould ,after maintenance in curing room , it can be cutting the areted concrete block body.mould size:4m,4.2m,4.8m,6m.

Tilting Hoister
Lift the poured and cured product together with mould and side plate up in the air ,turn it over 90 degrees to keep the block upright,carry it to the cutting cart,open mould and lift away the mould so that the semi-finished product can be out.then mount and clamp the side plate on the mould once again,turn it over 90 degrees and carry it back to the stating line so that pouring can be resumed.
Tilting Plate
After block was cut,the tilting table turns 90 degrees, and remove the waste that at the bottomof block , thereby improving the utilization of waste

horizontal Cutting Machine
Operating principle:useing tilting crane to turn the roughcast with 90 degree,left the roughcast with side plank on cutting trolly after demoulding . motor drive cutting trolly move to length cutting device to process length cutting,groove milling ,and horizontal cutting;then the cutting trolly move to the center of transverse cutting device,the transverse frame perform transverse cutting from up to down vertically .afterwards the semi-product hoister carry the roughcast(with side plank)to steam trolley and the cutting trolley return back to original position to have next movement.

After cutting,semi-finished product hoister hang product on the steam trolly by grouping .
